Transflective TFT LCD display 1.75 inch is a color sunlight readable tft lcd display panel which is made with 296RGBx222 resolution.

The sunlight readable 1.75’’ tft lcd panel MLT018Q45-R2 is composed of a TFT-LCD panel, driver IC, FPC, a backlight unit.

This sunlight readable 1.75 tft lcd screen is with full viewing angel display, and built in with ILI9342 controller IC, it supports MCU interface.

The 1.75’’ sunlight readable display MLT018Q45-R2 is often used for any embedded systems, industrial device, security and hand-held equipment which requires display in high quality and outdoor application.

Controller and host platform support: the panel is driven by a ILI9342 controller IC and provides an MCU (8080) interface. The 8080 MCU bus interface connects to standard Arduino, ESP32 and STM32 development boards, so the module can be evaluated on a development kit before a custom PCB is designed. Where an RGB interface is fitted, the host processor must provide a parallel RGB LCD bus.

Because the transflective mode keeps the display readable from ambient light, the backlight current can be reduced or switched off in daylight. This is why these modules are widely used in ESP32 and STM32 based solar powered and battery powered outdoor equipment, portable instruments and handheld terminals.
