Maclight Display applies ISO9001 based quality management across our entire supply chain. Every product we supply is manufactured in qualified, audited factories, and our engineering team independently verifies quality at every stage — from partner selection to final outgoing inspection. Quality Management System
Our quality management is based on ISO9001 principles, with IATF16949 and 6 Sigma methodology applied where required by the application. We build Control Plans and FMEA into every process position, from incoming material to final output, and drive continual improvement at each step to prevent quality risks before they reach our customers.
Four-Stage Quality Control
1. Factory audit and selection
We only work with ISO9001 certified factories. Before a new partner is approved, we audit its production lines, clean room conditions, test equipment and quality data. Automotive-grade projects additionally require IATF16949 systems.
2. Incoming material inspection (IQC)
Glass, driver ICs, backlight components, FPC and raw materials are inspected against approved specifications before production starts.
3. In-process control
Control Plans and FMEA are applied at each process step: bonding, assembly, backlight installation and lamination. Key parameters are monitored and recorded for traceability.
4. Outgoing quality control (OQC)
Finished modules are inspected to AQL sampling plans covering appearance, electrical performance and optical characteristics before packing and shipment.

Are Maclight Display products RoHS compliant?
Yes. All standard LCD, TFT and OLED modules supplied by Maclight are RoHS compliant. Download the RoHS 2.0 test report (PDF) and REACH 197 SVHC test report (PDF) for representative models.
Do you have ISO9001 certification?
Our manufacturing partners are ISO9001 certified, and we operate an ISO9001 based quality management system across the entire supply chain. Certificate scans are available on request.
How do you control quality for custom displays?
Custom projects follow the same four-stage control: audited factory, incoming inspection, in-process Control Plan and FMEA, and AQL outgoing inspection — with additional reliability samples taken for new tooling and new designs.
Can you provide test reports for a specific product?
