MLG320240Y-1B is a 320x240 pixels graphic COB, it is monochrome graphic 320240 lcd module, this 320x240 graphic lcd module is built in with RA8835 or Equivalent driver IC, 6 O’clock direction, 6800 or 8080 serial 8-Bit MPU Interface.
This monochrome 320_240 lcd display is STN mode, there are Yellow-green/blue/gray display mode optional, and it could be support to add resistive touch module.
This 320x240 graphic lcd module could be operating at temperatures range from -20℃ to +70℃, its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.
